We were met with the smell of coffee and pastries which is by far my most perfect way to start any day, and after a quick catch up with some lovely online ladies we were set our challenge: to create and style a SMUG shelfie in 30 minutes using products from the store. Always one for a challenge and eager to get my hands on the beautiful ceramics, I browsed the shelves and shop corners collecting pieces as I went along.

It's great to see how so many different visions come to life, each person telling their own story on a shelf. Some people went for colour themes, others for shape, simplicity or a reflection of their blog, I chose pieces that had a unique structure like this Origami Est Star and Crinkled Cup, tying in monochrome and soft hints of colour with this mint and copper notebook and gorgeous Rifle Paper Co. notebook, as well as sneaking in this fun plush toy which is new in for Christmas.
Never have I heard a group of people so quiet, entranced by the small shelf space and objects in hand, and the results were just wonderful. You can discover the beautiful bloggers who took part here:
