A QUICK AUTUMN/WINTER WARMER WITH CULLY & SULLY SOUPS

Autumn is officially here and I couldn't be loving the crunchy golden leaves and cosy dark nights at home more. I think I'm even feeling a little festive already! As the bump grows rapidly, so does my busy work schedule and I'm left juggling work, school runs, sleepless nights and hospital appointments. Fun times! So I'm rather pleased that I have found a healthy way to shave some time off my schedule with the rather delicious Cully & Sully Soups!

I was sent a selection to try and now I'm a little bit hooked, even Paul has started digging into my stash of these autumn/winter warmers. My cravings have been soooooo different this time round, with this baby being all about the sweet stuff. I have to admit I have over indulged in chocolates so was quite pleased when I suddenly started craving soup (tomato to be exact) with chunky bread and a big slab of butter.

Soup is so quick and easy to make for lunch and really filling, so when I tried a few of the flavours on offer by the Irish brand that prides itself on nutrition, I was excited to find that I wasn't limited to the classic tomato that the baby seems to be wanting.

The Gold Taste Award winning soups have been a staple brand in Ireland and have only recently been available in the UK at Tesco. Acclaimed for their restaurant quality, I can see why they are flying off the shelves, not only are they delicious and velvety, but they are also made from fresh, natural ingredients inspired by Cully's grandmothers recipes.

When working from home it's easy to forget to take a proper break or even give yourself a little reward for completing a deadline. I decided to make my mealtime a bit special by swapping a few basics for a lunchtime treat.

Using a tablecloth always gives me that grown up dining vibe, also I swapped plates for wood serving boards and pulled out our gold cutlery. I picked up two artisan buns from the supermarket, rather than using a sliced loaf and used a spoonful of creme fraiche with a sprinkle of super seeds to create a unique taste to the soups.

Have you tried the Cully & Sully range yet? Even Felix likes them and he normally is a huge no-go when it comes to soup. This is definitely going to revolutionise my lunchtime!
