IT'S COCKTAIL O'CLOCK

It's finally here, the last day of 2014. Tonight people around the world will be clinking their glasses as the clock strikes twelve and celebrating their way into a whole new year where anything can happen. We're always last minute decision makers when it comes to New Years Eve but one thing I do know, come midnight I will have a glass of bubbly in hand and a smile on my face.

One of my favourite cocktails to celebrate NYE with is the classic French Kir Royale and what better way to serve up a champagne cocktail at a party than this beautiful personalised LSA cocktail paddle board. 

Kir Royale is super easy to make and looks pretty served with a berry at the bottom of the glass or with a glitzy cocktail stick. All you need is a small measure of Creme de Cassis (blackcurrant liquor) and your favourite champagne.
