Move over floors, sofas take a seat, there's a new show stopper in town and this trend is stealing the limelight. Gone are the days of bland ceilings, instead there's a celebration of contemporary pendant lights gracing our interiors with no signs of stopping, and no matter what size space your working with there's always room to create dramatic focal points with stylish lighting at home. 

Whether it's on Pinterest or in glossy magazines, I'm seeing a huge rise in the humble ceiling light, and as more homes strip back and declutter this is the easiest place to invest money for the most impact.
