A GOOD BOOK // SLOTH SLEPT ON

It's been a while since I shared what we're reading and after thinking back to this little beauty and the in run up to Christmas, I thought it was time to share some more good books on the blog. So I'll be posting a super collection of reads for kiddos and adults alike every Tuesday to help you tackle those stocking fillers.

Our book collection is steadily growing and I'm finding our shelves are spilling over with various titles, but as soon as I saw this book I couldn't resist sharing it with you. Sloth Slept On is a fun tale of adventure with a sleepy sloth that's discovered snoring away in the garden. With quirky illustrations, we follow the children as they try to uncover what kind of creature their new companion might be from a ballerina to a space creature or even a swash buckling pirate.
The children soon realise they need to use their detective skills if they want to help their friend get home. The illustrations and text intertwine as they reveal fun facts about the sleepy sloth, which your little one will love to discover. Since reading this book F has taken a keen interest in the three toed tree huggers wanting to learn more about the animal and it's natural habitat.

This is a fun read for little ones and a great introduction into these gentle animals.

*We were provided with this book for review purposes. All opinions are 100% my own.
