"A portrait of my son, once a week, every week, in 2014"

F: A week of solo parenting and not much sleep has had its impact this week. We've had tantrums and giggles, a mixed bag of emotions. I was grateful to catch this quiet moment, him concentrating on his car and me sitting alongside, tea in had. A slow morning makes a happy boy.

  1. We've had a similar week, I was travelling a fair bit visiting family and the disruption (and missed naps) took it toll at times! solo parenting is really hard I don't know how you do it so much! x

    1. TBH I don't really know how I do it! lol. Certainly not easy to be patient when you're tired and solo 24/7. This was blissful x

  4. I love his PJs and how deep in concentration he looks with that car. My little boy is nearly one and is just starting to become obsessed with anything that has wheels. So funny how some boys find wheels so fascinating! x
