WIN YOUR DREAM GARDEN WITH £200 AT HOUSEOLOGY!

Are you looking out at your garden and feeling like it needs a little love? Well then this is the post for you! After taking a long awaited visit to Versailles, yep you heard me right, that infamous grand French Royal Palace full of pink marble, manicured gardens and it's own boating lakes, it was quite disappointing to come home to our tiny flat *sigh* But there is a way to channel a little bit of luxury and create your dream garden with Houseology.

My Outdoor Spaces Pinterest board is one of my favourites to delve into, and with the promise of a new garden very soon I've had my eye on what makes a good social space. An urban garden has to work quite hard to tick a lot of boxes as it becomes an extension of your home, a place where you can   socialise with friends or relax in an oasis of calm like these beauties.

Garden, urban design, courtyard, contemporary garden, garden furniture, party space, win, competition, giveawayI love good design in the home and there's no reason that has to stop there, whether you prefer the crisp clean lines of a contemporary garden, getting creative with your space or perhaps recreating a Mediterranean vibe, picking the right pieces is vital to your outdoor design.

I've created a little mood board of what I think we'd love to have in our new garden using natural stone coloured tones, greys and wooden decking. Although our place is a listed building so it might look a little different to this dreamy space.

I love the idea of an Urban design with a mix of contemporary lines furniture, a little nook nestled against a wall, festoon lights giving a soft glow at night and a fire pit to enjoy and socialise with friends. I think the Ethimo outdoor set would look indoors and well as out, plus the design is ace!
