BEST BAR & RESTAURANT DESIGN // No 197 CHISWICK FIRE STATION

restaurant interior design, restaurant design, restaurant design ideas, no 197 chiswick fire station, cafe interior design I've been super excited to share this gorgeous interior space with you because quite frankly it's totally swoon worthy, has been on my list of places to visit for an age and it's an instagrammers dream, oh the food is pretty awesome too. I would go as far to say that No 197 Chiswick Fire Station is up there on my best bar & restaurant design list, with its beautiful stripped back interior and utilitarian style keeping it true to its Fire Station heritage.

restaurant interior design, restaurant design, restaurant design ideas, no 197 chiswick fire station, cafe interior design During a whirlwind London mini break this was certainly a highlight for me, every part of this independent neighbourhood bar oozes style and has been loving brought to life by a collaboration between the architects and designers Lou Davies of Box 9 and Lionel Real De Azua of Red Deer to create the fourth member of the Darwin & Wallace collection. But let's talk about the interior! Many of you who follow my instagram feed know how blush pinks and pale palattes are totally my jam, so imagine my delight when faced with pale pink sofa's desgned with the most beautiful curves, chucky oak wood stools and the most tactile terracotta tiles leading to a captivating courtyard. restaurant interior design, restaurant design, restaurant design ideas, no 197 chiswick fire station, cafe interior design

The kiddo loved lounging while we sipped pink lemonade and waited for our lunch. Each dish is served lovingly displayed, while the open kitchen allows you to spot the roast chicken rotisserie, which Paul tucked into *yum*. In F's eyes this is certainly the best restaurant as the kids menu is full of his old time favourites such as mac 'n' cheese and spag bol, all perfect for little bellies. We moved over from our cosy corner table to the perfect sofas to enjoy a coffee and make a happy mama before hitting the road.

In addition to the total dreamy interior another reason for a return visit to this beauty hotspot is to test out the inspiring cocktail list that caught my eye by the bar. In fact I can't wait to take my friends and while away the hours, getting creative. I've already started a pinterest board to collect some ideas on how to recreate this for the home.

  10. In past it was believed that food trucks were usually stand-alone entrepreneurial enterprises, which made their money serving workers on lunch breaks. Restaurant Listings
