"A portrait of my son, once a week, every week, in 2014."

F: He is a lion, a dinosaur, a ball pit shark... or so I'm told. As long as he can roar he doesn't care, the theme to this week has been loud.

Last week I spoke of needing me time, space to step back and breathe but it seems I have to put this on hold as events unfold. Instead I will be putting mindfulness to use, and try to snatch a moment to myself here and there. Thankfully me and the boy will be heading to London on Saturday for an exciting adventure which I can't wait to share with you.
